Terms and cancellation policy

The tour and booking

• A private photo walk in Tokyo lasting 1.5 to 2 hours, with at least 35 edited high-resolution photos delivered through a private online gallery within 4–6 days.
• Prices (USD, per session): Solo $299, Couple $399, Family or group $499. You can upgrade to 50+ edited photos for +$100.
• Choosing a date sends me a request. It's only booked once I confirm by email, usually within 24 hours.
• Transport or entrance fees for some locations aren't included and are paid separately.

Deposit and payment

• A $100 deposit secures your date once I confirm. Payment details are in your confirmation email.
• The balance is due on the day of the shoot.

Cancellations and refunds

• You cancel 24 hours or more before the shoot: your deposit is refunded in full.
• You cancel less than 24 hours before the shoot: the deposit isn't refunded.
• Bad weather or something unforeseeable: we reschedule for free, or you get a full refund.
• If I have to cancel: you get a full refund, or a new date if you'd rather.
• To cancel or move your date, reply to your confirmation email or write to peter.mazmedia@gmail.com.

Your photos

• You get high-resolution edited files to use personally: keep them, print them and share them on social media (tagging @peter.mazur is appreciated). RAW files aren't included.
• Commercial use, such as advertising or selling the photos, needs my written agreement first.
• I own the copyright. I'll only use photos of you in my portfolio or on social media if you say yes, and you can change your mind at any time.

On the day

• Some places in Tokyo limit photography or tripods. We follow local rules and staff instructions.
• Please look after your own belongings, and tell me about anything that affects how far or how fast you can walk.
• Except where the law doesn't allow it, my liability for any claim about a tour is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. If a dispute can't be settled by talking it through, the Tokyo District Court has jurisdiction. This doesn't remove any consumer rights you have where you live.
